Beginners + Well Woman Yoga
Perfect if you’ve never been on a yoga mat. We’ll take it nice and slow and find what feels good in YOUR body. We use breathwork (pranayama) and physical postures (asana) to increase strength and flexibility, consciously relax and allow your mind to quieten.
The classes are £8 PAYG or £36 for a block of 6 (redeemable within 8 weeks). First class half price. Mats and props provided. All genders, ages and fitness levels welcome.
Well Woman Yoga
Well Woman Yoga is a truly radical approach to yoga that gives you space to deeply rest and tune into yourself so you can move in a nourishing way. It’s a very restorative class, which is especially great if you’re suffering from exhaustion, overwork and/or stress.
It’s open to all fitness levels and is a very adaptive practice – if you and/or a friend of yours would like to practice yoga but are prevented from joining a regular class because of pain in their knee’s or wrists this is a great practice to invite them to. This 2-hour class is £15 a session. More info here.
