Hatha yoga is a very balancing practice. We use breathwork (pranayama) and physical postures (asana) to bring you into closer alignment with your body, mind and spirit.
The Beginners class is perfect if you’ve never been on a yoga mat. We’ll take it nice and slow and find what feels good in YOUR body.
The classes are £8 PAYG or £36 for a block of 6 (redeemable within 8 weeks). First class half price. Mats and props provided. All genders, ages and fitness levels welcome.
