Cotebrook Village Hall is a registered charity and is a voluntary organisation with a focus of supporting locals within the community and providing social events to the benefit of all ages. The Hall continues to enjoy a resurgence of interest from the community and the general public following their completion of phase 1 re-building of the front section and the ongoing project of phase 2 dealing with an internal refurbishment of the Main Hall. The current committee, comprising 10 regular attendees, meets informally once a month, over tea and biscuits, for a period of 2-3 hours to discuss projects, community, organisation of events and general liaison with hirers. In anticipation of increased potential hirer interest in 2020 we are seeking more local residents or members of the community to become involved and join our team.
You can either join our informal committee and have an active role in deciding what happens to the Village Hall and what events are organised or, if you prefer, simply become a “Friend of Cotebrook Village Hall” and be notified of future events in the hope that you will attend to support the Hall and community as well as having the added benefit of getting to know your neighbours and widen your circle of friends.
