Sports and fitness sessions for children aged 18 months – 5 years. We develop childrens sports fundamentals: ball skills, balance, hand and eye coordination, foot and eye coordination, endurance and flexibility. Each week we introduce the children and the parents to a different sport of the week from our range of 14 different sports such as basketball, football, rugby, lacrosse, racquet sports, and many more.
When children sign onto a course, they are provided with a free t-shirt and a reward tracker (earn free prizes as you attend). All our sports coaches are fully qualified, CRB checked and excellent for their interaction with young children.
