
Yoga with Kate
A Hatha Yoga class for all abilities including breath and posture practice with relaxation.
This class will be themed each week with progression through the term to develop your strength and flexibility. Start where you are and develop at your own pace.
Kate has taught yoga for over 10 years, training with the British Weel of Yoga. She has practiced for 20 years starting out to help a back injury she had, finding so many benefits she wanted to share with others.
Classes are £9 pay as you go with a discount when paying for a term. Please book in advance and have your own mat and blanket.
